KNOW HOW

Manual harvest and sorting, aging in oak barrels (demi-muids) for 10 months.

TASTING

Cherry red color with ruby red reflections. The nose evokes notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, liquorice, with scents of violet. The palate is fleshy with crunchy tannins. The fresh, salty finish is accompanied by aromas of licorice and pepper.

FOOD-WINE PAIRING

Its fruity frankness, its spicy aromas call for fine cold meats, white meats with spicy juices, roasted poultry, grilled red meats, mushroom omelet, beef stew and fresh pasta, as well as, veal kidneys. Mont d'Or, Saint-Nectaire, Reblochon and Époisses cheeses can also be appreciated with this wine.
